Frontxpay is an online payment checkout service operated remotely by FloatCastle LLC.

Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service (Software & Attribution Only)

Frontxpay provides a software-based checkout and notification interface that enables merchants to accept stablecoin payments directly on public blockchains and receive structured on-chain payment attribution. The Service performs settlement attribution only, mapping blockchain payment events to merchant-defined real-world identifiers (such as email addresses), solely for the purpose of order recognition, access control, and fulfillment logic, and without enforcing, guaranteeing, or validating the underlying commercial transaction.

Frontxpay does not provide custody, storage, transfer, exchange, settlement, wallet, or escrow services, and does not act as a payment processor, financial institution, or money transmitter. Frontxpay does not determine the legal validity or enforceability of any transaction.

2. Non-Custodial & Identity Boundary

Funds are sent directly from the payer to the merchant’s designated blockchain address. Frontxpay never controls private keys, does not hold user assets, and cannot access, reverse, or redirect funds.

Any email address collected during checkout functions solely as a transaction identifierfor notification and attribution purposes, and does not constitute an account, wallet, balance, or stored value within Frontxpay.

3. Risk Assumption & Merchant Responsibility

Users and merchants assume all risks associated with blockchain technology, including transaction irreversibility, incorrect addresses, network delays, and asset volatility.

Frontxpay is not responsible for merchant-side account creation, subscription activation, access control, fulfillment, or customer support decisions.

3A. Email as Identity Reference (No Account or Stored Value)

Any email address provided during checkout is used solely as an identity reference to associate a specific on-chain payment event with a merchant-defined customer or order record.

Email addresses do not represent blockchain wallets, custodial accounts, stored balances, or payment instruments within Frontxpay, and Frontxpay does not enable sending, receiving, or holding digital assets via email.

  • Private Keys
  • Seed Phrases
  • Wallet Passwords
  • Custodial balances or stored funds

Refunds & Disputes

Transaction Finality: Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Frontxpay cannot initiate, process, or enforce refunds.

Any refund or dispute resolution is solely between the merchant and the customer. Frontxpay is not a party to the underlying transaction and does not arbitrate disputes.
